I spent 4 hours playing phone tag with a Drs Office last week. This week I'm having an issue with pay check deduction for Life Insurance. I called my Pension Office.....Not at the desk. Called All State...........Nobody at their desk. I need to run 3-4 errands and I KNOW as soon as I leave, one or the other will call back. If I wait, they MIGHT call back at 4 PM.
I LOVE getting return calls 8 hours later, at 4 PM, when they KNOW it will be too late to take any action today.
