Nostalgia... this drives me nuts....

This is my old High School. That building was torn down my Jr. year. Here's what drives me nuts.... WHERE ARE those old buses today? Gone, I'm sure.... but what was their history? What became of them.... how many years were they in service and when they retired them what exactly became of them? Are any 'parts' still in existence somewhere? A wheel? An Axle? A seat?

In my mind material things, like these buses, take on 'human properties'. They had a birth, the had an adolescence, they had a mid-life crises and eventually someone put them out to pasture. What is their story? Who was the last person to ride in them; did I know them?
