King Charles was being treated for an enlarged prostate, that's true; however neither he or Buckingham Palace has revealed what type of cancer he has. I've searched high and low for an article or news report which states what his particular cancer is ... and I can't find one. All the reports state is that Charles was diagnosed with cancer. If you know of a publication that states Charles has pancreatic cancer, please post the link.
