I CANNOT stand lack of punctuality. Being on hold for 20 minutes to only have to dial 8 and then hold again for 5 minutes and then be transferred to somebody....."Is not in the office or helping another Customer". You leave a message and get a call back 4 hours later.........or not at all.
And ALLLLLLLL of it often deals with talking to some guy from India who learned English last week.
Technology is better than ever for Communication. But Communication is worse than ever. Customer Service War Stories have been punch lines more than ever but $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ Businesses REFUSE to make it better???
