I thought about this as I replied to Mama's reply on eating out. Is it fuel?? Wages?? Rent??? If any ONE of those major expenses were lowered would it cause a trickle down effect? I know fuel is key BUT the cost of that waivers so much. I just wish there was some sorta way to get things right again. Tough to do when there is so much dishonest gouging.

Is there ONE thing that if cost was lower would trigger total decline in cost of living?
