My wife wears seperate size shoes

Long ago she had melanoma and as a result of surgery lost many of her lymph notes in one leg. As a result she has to wear one size larger on that foot-which is always swollen-than the other. Basically she buys two pairs of the same shoe -different sizes and I massage her swollen foot most every night.
