My alcohol consumption today....

Is none. Used to be I'd always have a good glass of wine. Occasionally, not often, a mixed drink of some kind. Since there is football beer is always iced down and ready to go.

But... I've had none. Why? Because one drink and I'm Rip Van Winkle. Is this just me? Or do any of you get sleepy-eyed after an adult beverage?

OR, perhaps it's just the fact that I take naps these days.... adult beverage or not.

Any way... my son-in-law got an "Old Fashion" drink mixing kit in his stocking.... and I'm going to try one. Haven't had an Old Fashion since.... .welll, lemme think.... I believe before football face masks. However, and even though my son-in-laws and oldest grandsons are now enjoying an old fashion, I'm waiting until bed time... might even drink it after crawling under the covers because on about the 3rd sip it'll be lights out. - JamesJM
