YouTube NFL ST Question.

Does anybody on here have the ST with YouTube? I have the ST as an add on but I do not have YT TV. For the past few weeks I have been trying to figure out how to record the ST games. At first I was told that you had to have a base plan with YT TV in order to record the games. Then I was told by YT TV CS that you can record the games and was sent instructions but they do not work. If anyone has figured out how to record the ST games without a base plan on YT TV, please let me know. This is very frustrating.
