Sunday Ticket Question

I got the ST through YouTube. Everything works fine with one exception. I can’t figure out how to record the games. I do not have YouTube TV just YouTube with the ST as an add on prime channel. YouTune website does say you can record the games without YouTube TV but nothing works. I called CS and the guy was confused and thought u had to have YT TV to record but their site says otherwise. Any help would be appreciated.
