Just returned from Lowes with a Craftsman corded chainsaw that I found on sale for only $39. I HOPE this one lasts. I have gone through 2 in just the last 7-8 years. And I might use them once.....MAYBE twice a year on fallen limbs. I oil them and do proper maintenance but they are cheap. I simply do not use them enough to warrant a gas one / more $$. AAAAAAANYWAY....While I was at Lowes, I looked at Pressure Washers. Gonna buy one next month. Gas ones are sliiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiim pickings. Either very cheap or WAAAAY more than what I need. While I was there and later Home Depot, I checked out Lawn Mowers.....WTF?? They are either flimsy electric or $$$$$$$$ electric. Saw a PUSH mower that was electric for OVER $1000?? A "cheap" gas mower in $300 or more now. Just 7 years ago, I bought mine for $179. I'm gonna milk that mower for all I can.
What I'm getting at is that it is hard to find QUALITY lower priced stuff and even the high priced stuff is getting lame. USED to be you could find 3-5 levels of price / quality. Not anymore.
