Mary and I are going to see the Doobie Brothers in Greensboro at the "White Oak Amphitheater". A venue of @5,000 with maybe 3,000 actual seats. Remaining area is made up of a grassy ridge. It's said to be a sell out. Starts at 7:30 and the weather is going to be great. Clear skies, a bit on the warm side, but that's the way we like it. Tom Johnson, McDonald, Pat Simmons and John Mcfee, so it's kinda or as close to the guys from 20-30 years ago as life has allowed it to be.
Going to stop off across the street and have some real BBQ and then walk over to the show. I'm going to bring an "extra" $20 so I can buy us a couple beers LOL........Hope it's a fun show, they got a big enough catalogue so I'll know a couple songs at least...LOL.....
