IDIOTS in Florida kill me with lawn watering.

First.....EVERYONE want a perfect St Augustine grass lawn. St Augustine is THE most high maintenance grass out there. Many people have sprinkler systems. What kills me are the LAZY ARSES who do not cut off the timers when we have consistent rain. SO HELP ME....I saw several sprinklers running during Hurricane Irma, in 2017, when most of the city was flooded. Between that and the NEVER ENDING new cookie cutter neighborhoods popping up......people are SHOCKED when our lakes dry up.
