Clint Eastwood's "Letters From Iwo Jima" REALLY intrigued me. I also have the VEEEEEERY good book, "Shattered Sword" about the Japanese POV at Midway. Yes, they were the enemy and a PITA in WWII but while reading that book, I felt sorry for the Aircraft Mechanics and others in the Hangar bays of the carriers. Most were literally roasted.
