If I remember correctly, they said radiation still registers in the plants and maybe the reefs and stuff..? I'd hafta revisit it, but pretty sure that's what they said.. but people ARE diving it.. not sure if there are any complications.. I would assume not, but people are pretty stupid and would dive it, anyway, if there were..
