My American Eskimo dog doesn't do any of the things you mentioned. The only quirky thing I've really noticed is that we can't leave dirty towels and washcloths on the floor in the laundry room. She will go in there and get them and drag them into the dining room near her bowl of food and water. The only thing I can think of is that they have our scent? She's a weird dog. She never, ever wags her tail when she sees us come into the house nor does she ever act like she's glad to see us. Not ever. She barks at us like she's cursing us out for leaving the house without her. It's annoying as hell. She's not a real affectionate dog. She doesn't mind YOU rubbing her head and her belly all day long but she ain't gonna reciprocate. No, siree.
