Of course you do.. silly question.... OR... one of the other services exactly like Venmo.
It's handy, VERY handy... but do you completely trust them? I have nothing solid to base my trepidation on but I'm just not comfortable with Venmo. I'm the same with Paypal.
It occurs to me that I could very well be the only person left in the world that writes an actual check for stuff... but I am using Venmo more and more. Will there come a day when I no longer have a blank check in the house? I thought that possibility ridiculous until recently... now I wonder if that will be SOP... and SOON!
