After 3 YEARS and 9 months of the Navy Recruitment "effort", he said to hell with it. I'm just glad he did not say screw the Military all together. I would have been bummed but could not blame him one bit. I chatted with the USAF Recruiter yesterday for 15 minutes and got more info in those 15 minutes than I did from 3 years , 9 months and four Navy Recruiters. I REALLY hope he makes it! Just HOW cool would it be for me to see my Son Graduate on the same Parade Field that I did back in March 1986?? The Jacksonville MEPS is the most backed up MEPS in the entire US! And about to get worse. They have only three Doctors now and going down to just ONE a week into July. Unlike the Navy, The USAF is sending Recruits to the Atlanta MEPS to get things done.
