can't talk to a real person at YT. My other question is since I have DirectTV's DVR, I doubt I will be able to utilize that one for recording the NFL games from YouTube? I've read that we should have the ability to record on our DVR's but, again, if my DVR is DirectTV's, will I have to buy another DVR for that purpose?

Hopefully someone can help us with these questions!
