Well, not using a walker yet BUT.... I'm trying to get back into Golf. Had to quit several years ago due to a shoulder problem. Lately I decided "What the hell... learn to live with the pain"... BUT....

After a round of golf... USING A BLESSED CART, NOT walking.... it takes me a full 24 hours to recover. My back hurts, my arms, my legs, my neck, my feet, only thing that doesn't hurt is a one square inch part of me on my scalp. - JamesJM
