I just watched Gator's favorite movie..

Cuz Pearl Harbor just happened to be on and nothing else was..

So, the Pearl Harbor battle scenes were, I think, actually done well.. Not sure the two planes that got airborne in defense actually shot down as many planes as depicted..

The love story was completely stupid - and made the main chick kinda look like a @#$%&, imo, cuz she went back and forth with the guys..

I don't know a lot about the Doolittle raid, but I'm pretty sure it didn't go down as depicted in the movie.. surely not the part after they crash landed.. and the hwole thing just had a real "goofy" feel to it..

So Pearl Harbor battle scenes not bad (although maybe technically inaccurate) - rest of the movie pure garbage..
