Was reading that the DNA evidence..

was not a match for any of the 3 convicted guys in - what - 2007, or so? I know DNA can be the smoking gun in most cases, but not necessarily 100% proof someone wasn't involved.. It was also weird that the deal they got meant the were still technically convicted murderers, but no longer incarcerated, which is just weird -especially for one guy who was on death row..
