I'm saying the same with A.D. also. If their heads are elsewhere, they simply need to go. But to say I want them gone because I flat out don't like them or their style? NO WAY! If McVay IS suffering from burn out, he NEEDS to go for his health. In my last couple of years as a Firefighter, I went from perfectly healthy to taking 4 Prescriptions. One for High BP. And my BP USED to be outstanding. McVay can afford to walk away if he has to. Knowing what I know and am going through now?? I sure as hell would. Even tough as nails Bill Parcel, IMO, looked TERRIBLE in his last several years.......Very pale, tired and very aged looking.
