Rochelle's problem is he is a tall and clumsy DB...not all tall db have Jalen Ramsey speed and coordination. He just doesn't look like a guy who will ever develop into a starting DB in the NFL....especially if he consistently over runs punt coverage on special teams and can't stop on a dime to save a ball from going into the end zone.
