McVay won't coach for a while if he leaves.

I can't imagine a team giving us two firsts for him. And his contract tolls (or at least for the next four years the contract is valid for, maybe one of you rule followers can explain).
If he leaves the Rams will have another off-season like they did with Goff trade and Gurley getting cut. Tons of dead money. But with us rebuilding it won't matter.
It was nice to take a run this year but with it failing suck it up and move on.
But just remember McVay won't easily get back to coaching.

Explain one thing? Why did McVay sign such a long contract if he questioned what was going to happen? He basically limited his ability to return?
