I would try to keep Gaines and Robinson if possible.Because we need 3-4 new o-linemen every o-lineman on the list is expendable.
Line play is key. On O and D.
Scott should be resignable with a cap number comparable to his current contract.
Mayfield would be nice but IMHO he has played himself out of our price range for a backup QB unless he gives us a home discount which I do not see.
Everybody else on the list can be replaced though Gay has become a very good kicker.
