Mayfield showed today why he is with his third team this season alone

Some bad decisions, lucky he did not throw a pick 6 and he missed two Tds. The one to Akers in the first quarter was due to lack of touch and then he overthrew Tutu who was open downfield.

IMHO Baker would be best advised to resign with the Rams to be the backup .
If another team gives him the money and the starting nod we cash in a pick or two which is fine too.
There should be other options at backup out there like maybe Darnold .
