I'm not quite at that point. But I think it is more real a possibility than most fans realize.
If I'm Snead right now I'm thinking maybe he would be open to a move to Pittsburgh, where he can be close to his daughter and play for a team that has a good roster and should be on the upswing. That defense with him and Watt would be fearsome. And the Rams would get some draft capital to help allow a quick reload.
Irt the DL we have a real gem in Henderson. He gets the most from that DL room consistently. So I'd be considering a big pay bump for him, put him in the DC track under whoever is our next DC (I would fire Morris), and I would add a couple young and high effort DL to the room to replace AD.
I love AD. Have a shrine to the dude just about in terms of Rams paraphernalia. But sometimes that natural break comes with a player and the best organizations make the tough calls when they need to be made.
