Called some very nice plays: Other than the jet sweeps
Most of all, for those who noted, the Coach has a smirk on his face as he called a play later in the 2nd half.
Ball well into Bronco territory.
The call was to Higbee, but Baker underthrew the ball. Higbee still finds the laces on it, and pulls it for no gain.
The jet motion by Tutu/Powell kept happening all game long.
There was something in the face just prior to Coach calling that play with the "smirk look."
He liked the call so much?
He call it again, and Baker got some velocity on the ball and sure enough.....Tyler grabbed the rock and moved the chains.
It was one of those days. But I loved the call. Coach liked the play, and wanted to see it run. No matter what.
Does anyone recall us blowing up the Broncos some years back with a 40 burger? I can see it in my mind, but just can't remember the year. Had to be when we were still in St. Louis.
