WHAT was that after the 2nd qtr fumble recovery??? I'm all for celebrating a big play, high fives, fist pumps and spikes. But that crap where an entire unit has to run 40-50 yards to an end zone and then do a BADLY scripted celebration is corny as hell.
Just YESTERDAY, I watched the Rams / Niners 1985 MNF game. Gary Greene had a pick six that essentially won the NFC West for the Rams. There were a couple of greeting and pats on the back and then STRAIGHT to the Rams sideline they went......Where the cameras showed more congratulations by teammates. I miss those days.
