Unfortunately. the answer is probably yes.

A complete overhaul on the offensive line isn't likely. We don't have the cap for a good left tackle, and this isn't a very good tackle class in the draft. Combine that with us not having a first-round pick and it seems apparent that we can't upgrade there. LG I think, is most likely, but it will probably be the draft. Not many guards that I see as day one plug and plays (but there are a couple) in the draft and I doubt we spend there. Center, same as LG. Are we starting a rookie? I can almost guarantee we won't sign one in free agency as we just signed Allen. RG, we drafted Logan Bruss. RT, I could see a good RT being there in the second round. Still a rookie though.

Now combine that with the fact that we have so many needs and so few resources. Maybe we can get away with Hoecht, Donald, and Floyd rushing the passer but I would personally prefer we add another pass rush specialist (Fowler/bring Obo back?).

We may need another running back unless we are okay with Akers and Williams.

Corners are leaving a lot to be desired. We bemoan the soft coverage but changing that means we need better corners.

You cannot fix all of that AND find 4 new offensive linemen. And even if you draft a rookie you have to hope they don't have a learning curve. There just isn't a clear answer. You'll probably see the same guys at every positon on the line, maybe except LG is my guess.
