back in 2017 attending the 2017 opener against the colts at the Coliseum. Walking down Figueroa we saw a place with people lined up outside. Came up to people in line asked what's it about, said the food is great. You have to stand outside until a seat opens up, then it's your turn. So you can't dilly dally so to speak eating, others are waiting.
The place opened in the 1920's and has NEVER closed, it's always open and there is a reason people are willing to wait for their seat...the breakfast....the interior is straight out of a film noir diner.....a have to go place IMO visiting LA....
