I'd say he's throwing to everybody, or seems to be because he has zero familiarity with any of them.....He has no connection with any of them...He's super fresh to the play book, he's running on instinct he's sees, he throws, he's not looking for anyone in particular. As time goes on he'll maybe find his "safety net"....
