Good thought, but.....

the scouts go out and look for what they are told to focus on aren't they? So if our staff wants certain attributes for our linemen the scouts go by those parameters. Same would go with all positions I would think. IMO the scouts would kinda mirror their input by what the home base staff is looking for.

I would like to pouch some coaches more so than scouts.....
