Geno Smith broke to the right and Wagner is on left and never really reacts.
If he is lurking on that side--why? he is not going to help Ramsey. Only
possible thing is if RB goes out and then back in (Texas route)
I agree with Baldy---don't guards green grass and Wagner is doing that
at least Rapp has the back in the flat.
