This was a mistake and I applaud McVay for trying to empower Thomas Brown both in the offense and allowing him to hire his replacement too, but it failed and now it's time to make it right. Brown is an excellent RB Coach and the loss of Wes Phillips to the Vikings as hurt the TE group too. An upgrade is need there. Also I would look to move Chris Shula back to OLB coach sending Thad Bogardus packing plus I hope they might bring Aubrey Pleasant back as CB Coach and look for a new Safety Coach too as the Secondary needs to be changed IMO even though I did think Jonathan Cooley would do well in that role.
