I don't judge people on marriage troubles, etc. As far as I know he's kind to women and animals. Not like some other famous players. I don't like the TB12 bs marketing money grab, though I don't blame him - he's maximizing every dollar he can make like a good businessman.
I don't think he cheated his was to superbowl wins. Bellichek bent the rules in our first one but some of that loss was on martz and the rams. That year he also was handed a gift with the tuck rule - maybe one of the worst officiating gaffes in NFL history. The league saying it was in the rule book, though did anyone ever find any other examples of that being called? Deflate-gate - yes that was lame. And probably gave them an edge in a few games in cold weather. But is that why he won all those supberbowls? No.
I do admire his fire and competitive spirit. He had what this team was missing for 10 years. The guy is single-minded of purpose - win, whatever it takes. Also like that he's a throwback pure pocket passer like Manning or Marino. It's all arm and head. It takes a special breed to be able to pull that off in today's nfl. Did any of you doubt that he'd drive them for a touchdown last night after the Saints punted?
So, I don't root for him, but I have no hate for him. He's great for the league so they will keep pushing him at viewers. They're not going to talk endlessly about Andy Dalton.
