when you do a fusion on 2 vertebrae it puts more pressure on the vertebrae above and below the fusion.. So, I had C3/4 and C4/5 fused.. Now, as a result, C5/6 and C6/7are as blown out as the two I had fused.. Its crazy - from an overhead view in the MRI my spinal cord is FLAT cuz the discs are bulged out so bad up against it..

So, not sure if I'll get those fused - if I start getting numb and losing strength.. But, will the two discs underneath those then get blown out? Its kind of like when do you stop? Plus ever vertebrae you fuse, you lose 7 degrees of head rotation.. I don't miss the 14 degrees too much because my neck was so jacked anyway, but take it up to 28 degrees lost may be an issue..
