I still have hope for Ancrum. Was very disappointed he got hurt so soon after being called upon. Noteboom is a total enigma. We don't know if he'll be healthy or good if he is.
Very good chance Jackson beats him out there. If so, maybe they move Boom back to LG. He would face lesser moves than on the edge. Allen could be a plus if he could remain healthy. Shelton and Bruss at RG and Havs at RT should be fine. I am one of the lone Tutu supporters but I cringed when we didn't take the big guy at center. If there's another shot at our 30 something pick to get the best center in the draft we need to pull the lever. I can see signing a good guard and drafting a LT and C.
This year was a complete mess. Guys were dropping like flies. We barely saw these guys try to compete before they went down. Bruss before the season. Boom right away. Allen hasn't been healthy at all. Ancrum. Then Shelton and finally Jackson. They all went down except Havs. And Evans. Yikes. We will definitely address the needs along the OL. If Boom and Jackson can sure up LT and Allen is 100 percent then we really just need two guards. We would have Shelton, Bruss and Ancrum as possibilities but I can see one vet take a spot, drafting another to vie for a spot versus Bruss. The only plus is it looks like Jackson is a keeper at multiple positions and Havs is solid at his spot.
