That is where Snead / McVay have irked me. ZERO depth!

We went into the season with an old (By NFL standards) QB who was getting shots in the elbow in August, behind a very fragile O line, with NOTHING on the bench. I know you cannot expect to always have the next Kurt Warner on the bench but DANG!!! Even with all of the "ALL IN" stuff from last season, as a PROFESSIONAL organization, the Rams failed miserably this year. The problems we have now, did not start last season.
