do what the Bears did with Fields....let him RUN

Fields was a looking like a bust until they realized his best asset was his feet and not his arm....once they finally realized it, he's been killing it.


keep it simple and get him outside the pocket on most plays, the dude can run...if he had an arm, he'd be a starter.....
