Up until '99 of course. Beyond painful. But I don't think that type of incompetence will be seen with Kroenke at the helm. The top coaches know he's a big part of what the Rams have been doing. Even if McVay takes a TV role Stan will be able to attract a top coach with a big money deal and it'll just need to start with a build.
Obviously I hope McVay sticks around. Think the world of him for the record but that TV money is going to look real nice when compared to this roster.
