You made some great points,43. I do believe McVay is part of the problem with the 2020 pick of Akers and 2012 pick of Atwell. However with their first pick in 2019 the Rams picked Rapp and in 2018 it was Noteboom. In 2017 their top pick was Everett, all these picks could be described as below average at best. I have been wondering about Snead and McVay.
