What excuse do the Packers have?

Wow.

My guess is that they are lacking at the WR positions.

Losing Adams was a huge blow to them too, IMO. Adams and Rogers had a "connection" that made them very hard to deal with. Rogers doesn't seem to have that with the guys he has now.
