Totally backward looking and reactive. He comes out, blows, and now they look back and ask questions. When has Wolford ever looked good? 2 years ago he ran around and we were able to beat the cardinals and he threw like a dozen passes. Big deal. He ran head first the next game and knocked himself out. Doh!
He's looked bad in preseason and there was a terrible outing a year ago maybe where he came in at mop up time and threw a bad interception right away. It is puzzling how the coaches - all see him in practice, and camp, etc and no one speaks up? And we've had different QB coaches and OC's while he's been here. I get that he's bright and McVay and he see eye to eye. I think Stafford really likes him too. Great. Offer him a job next year as a QB coach and tell him if he wants to play, go somewhere else. I don't think there'll be a market for him, even as a backup in the NFL. He has not good tape. Like none.
