There isn't any way this Rams team is going anywhere this year.
So, this off-season, it's time for a fire sale. Dump vets, preferably by trade, that you can, especially those where there's cap savings.
Build the O line, maybe 1-2 good FA signings, trade up a couple of spots in the draft and get another O line and edge.
Get someone next to Donald on the D line.
Get a few select practice squad players from other teams who look coachable on those team's units of strength, understanding they will be mid level plug and play.
Hopefully get lucky with RB Williams and WR McCutcheon going forward. Need a stout RB, draft?
Slowly build thru FA signings and draft (full draft compliment again beginning 2024 draft).
Painful process, but the Rams will never have to give up the 2021 season trophy.
