Yes, some big names probably will leave.
Wagner, Akers, Floyd , maybe AD will retire . Not sure about him.
But the team does not need a complete rebuilt.
O-line however does need an almost complete overhaul. No way around it. Need to beef up the interior line at all three positions and a young LOT to groom to take over would be nice too. Need a bell cow running back too. A guy like Jacobs who has speed and power , who can take pressure off Stafford. With Kupp, A-Rob, vanJefferson we have a good foundation for a very good WR unit. Still have some hope for Tutu and even more for McCutcheon to step in and be productive. On the defense you need an edge rusher plus a solid cb to complement Ramsey plus a ball hawk safety.
If you can do that the team should be ready to compete for a postseason birth. It will be not easy to accomplish all of that in one offseason but if you can at least fix the o-line you will have taken a huge step. Give Stafford time and he is among the best there is.
