I wanted to do this after a win but maybe we need it now! lol
How about we give out a "Positive" Award each week for a player that works hard, is consistent and was one of our best players in the game that week?
So, who gets this weeks "Kuppy"??? This is tough after a brutal loss but if I had to choose one player this week it would be Brandon Powell. His positive energy really stood out to me...again.
Powell always seems to play with energy, excitement and always gives 100%. He seems to have a great attitude. He ran hard on offense and looked solid on Returns. IMO, he was one of our best players on the field Sunday even in a loss and without having any huge plays. It's hard to not root for this kid!
Who ya got???
As good as any for the award after that debacle.
I agree, Powell always looks like he's giving max effort anytime he catches the ball.
In a season that looks like most of the team has been mailing it in for whatever reason, it's refreshing to see a player like Powell (and Kupp) actually play like they at least are trying to make a difference.
