That Dobler was the ONLY NFL player that Merlin Olsen REEEEALLY did not like. And he got along with everyone.

In am NFL Films segment about him Olsen said Dobler's father came up to him and said "why do you always say such awful things about my son?" Olsen said "well really anything I've said was the truth, and besides your son and I just talked to each other and shook hands." Olsen said Dobler's dad"s response to that was "Did you count your fingers afterward?"
