OK, I'll say it:

I want to see, from this young coach, a lesson or two learned in personnel management.

Can we ignore the results of this week's drama devoted to Akers? Hard to pin down, quantify, or show causality, I know - but I have to factor it in.

Yes, after all that, he got to start.Good for little Cammiepoo, he got his way. And what did that cost, in terms of game planning, practice, team cohesion and morale, going into the game? The O wasn't ready to win - despite having some players back.

Subtract Akers and his distraction and drama, and this game just might have been a better overtall effort.

I USED to give him the "He's young and learning" excuse.... It's OLD!!!

Ramgator92November 06, 2022 04:01PM

Honestly, can you still use that excuse..

mexram59November 06, 2022 04:05PM

It took YEARS of picks to land players to win "RIGHT NOW". Key word...PLAYERS!

If McVay cannot fix offense how good is he?

BumRap62November 06, 2022 05:52PM

So does McVay, Snead, and hopefully Kroenke. (nm)
