Are we ever going to discuss offense in depth?

People are all mad that Rams lost to 49ers 8 in a row
and while some blame Morris.

Why not talk about how offense has performed--

first game - 7 points
second game - offense scored 31 but gave 49ers a pick-6
2020
first game - 16 points.
second-game - offense scored 13 points and also gave 49ers a pick-6
2021
first game - offense scored 10 and gave 49ers a pick 6
second game - offense scored 24
playoffs offense - scored 20
2022
first game - offense scored 9 points. Gave 49ers a pick 6
second game - offense scored 14 points

That's 1-8 over 9 games
offense averages 16 points a game
offense gives away 3 points a game
Rams run the ball for 79.9 yards a game and have only 5 rushing TDs in 9 games
Rams passer rating is 77.8, league average for those 4 years is about 90
Rams have passed for 11 TDs in 9 games.
Rams have thrown 4 pick 6s in 9 games
Rams offense has scored 16 touchdowns and turned ball over 14 times

Since 2019 Rams have had 3 defensive coordinators
and only one guy who calls offensive plays

So, what is the common denominator?

McVay cannot solve the 49er defense. Even the one time
Rams beat 49ers Rams offense scored only 20 points.

That is not usually enough to win an NFL game.

McVay is a great coach . . . but he's been owned
far more than the defense.
